  • DELIVERY of Flowers
  • Your order will be delivered with our local transport company SWISS Post. Our shipping partner will deliver your parcel to your chosen delivery address. PLEASE NOTE that delivery can be taken place even 1 - 2 days later than the delivery date you choose as it depends on SWISS Post. PLEASE NOTE that in Switzerland the name of the recipient must be written at the door and mailbox of the indicated address and the address must be correct. If this is not the case and the recipient is not home, the delivery will fail and no refund can be given. SWISS Post will not call the recipient. IMPORTANT: Please verify the address and the last name of the recipient to make sure they are correct. In case you notice any error, please advise us ASAP, so we can inform the transport company.
  • Delivery for Spain
  • Your order will be delivered with our a transport company MRW. Our shipping partner will deliver your parcel to your chosen delivery address. PLEASE NOTE that delivery can be taken place even 1 - 2 days later than the delivery date you choose as it depends on the shipping company. IMPORTANT: Please verify the address and the last name of the recipient to make sure they are correct. In case you notice any error, please advise us ASAP, so we can inform the transport company.
  • Delivery for public institutions
  • For deliveries to public institutions, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities and hotels, we need to have the complete information, including the name of the institution, the address, phone- and the room number with the name of guest / recipient. Please be informed that the most of the institutions might not allow a direct room delivery and therefore our local florist will need to leave the flowers at the reception. The hotel reception or front office staff might refuse to take flowers if they do not recognise the recipient. The flowers can get lost in reception or front office. In those cases, Internetflorist.biz will not be responsible and there will be no refund given.

PLEASE NOTE that in Austria the name of the recipient must be written at the door and mailbox of the indicated address and the address must be correct. If this is not the case and the recipient is not home, the delivery will fail and no refund can be given. GLS will not call the recipient. They will leave a notification in the letter box if the recipient has the name written on it and the item can be picked up the next day at the nearest parcel station. IMPORTANT: Please verify the address and the last name of the recipient to make sure they are correct. In case you notice any error, please advise us ASAP, so we can inform the transport company.
  • Delivery to Public Institutions
  • For deliveries to hospitals, hotels, and other public institutions, please provide comprehensive details, including the institution's name, address, phone number, and the recipient's room number and name. Note that some institutions may not permit direct room deliveries, and our local florists might have to leave the flowers at the reception. If the reception staff doesn't recognize the recipient, they might decline the flowers, which could then be misplaced. In such scenarios, Flowers4Cuba.com won't be held accountable, and no refunds will be issued.
  • Product Appearance
  • The images on our website serve as references. The actual flowers delivered might differ in appearance. While we strive to match the website images, flower shades might vary. If a specific flower or color isn't available, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar one. Some products might be delivered in bud form for longevity. Packaging might also vary based on availability.
  • Additional Gifts
  • If you order items like Teddy Bears, Vases, or Balloons, they'll be delivered alongside the flowers. Items might differ in color or wording from the website images based on availability. This doesn't apply to wines; only the brand might change if needed. Most additional gifts must be accompanied by flowers.
  • Delivery Details
  • Orders placed on Flowers4Cuba.com usually get delivered the next day. However, exact delivery times can't be guaranteed. During special occasions like Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, delivery conditions might differ. In high-demand periods, morning or afternoon deliveries can't be guaranteed.

    Essential Delivery Information: Ensure you provide accurate recipient details, including their local phone number. Our florists won't call to verify addresses. If the address is incorrect, we'll attempt to contact you. However, changes must be made at least two days before the delivery date. Flowers4Cuba.com won't be responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect information, and no refunds will be issued.
  • Delivery Charges
  • Delivery charges, if any, will be shown during the ordering process. Charges depend on the delivery area and our florist's availability. If the delivery area is remote, additional charges might apply.
  • Unavailable Recipient
  • Our florists typically contact the recipient before delivery. If the recipient isn't available, the flowers might be left with a concierge or guardian. If the recipient declines the flowers, no refund will be provided.
  • Order Modifications
  • Changes to delivery addresses or recipients must be made two days prior to the delivery date. For deliveries to hotels, hospitals, or public buildings, provide all available information. We can't deliver to P.O. boxes.
  • Timely Deliveries
  • While we aim for punctuality, unforeseen circumstances might cause delays. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
  • Force Majeure
  • Unpredictable events, including current Covid-19 restrictions, might affect delivery dates. In such cases, deliveries might be postponed.
  • Cancellation
  • To cancel an order, notify us in writing 48 hours before the delivery date. Late cancellations might not be refunded.
  • Feedback & Complaints
  • If you're unsatisfied with our service, please send a written complaint with photos of the bouquet (from above and the side) within two days of delivery. Late complaints might not be considered.

  • Your order will be delivered with our local transport company DPD. Via email you will receive a tracking code. Our shipping partner will deliver your parcel to your chosen delivery address. PLEASE NOTE that delivery can be taken place even 1 - 2 days later than the delivery date you choose as it depends on DPD. PLEASE NOTE that in Belgium the name of the recipient must be written at the door and mailbox of the indicated address and the address must be correct. If this is not the case and the recipient is not home, the delivery will fail and no refund can be given. DPD will not call the recipient. They will leave a notification in the letter box if the recipient has the name written on it and the item can be picked up the next day at the nearest parcel station. IMPORTANT: Please verify the address and the last name of the recipient to make sure they are correct. In case you notice any error, please advise us ASAP, so we can inform the transport company.
  • CAKE DELIVERY
  • Our cakes are freshly made to order to ensure the highest quality and taste. Due to the time-sensitive and perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds if the delivery attempt is unsuccessful. Once the cake has left our premises for delivery, it is considered sold and non-refundable. Please note that the images of our cakes provided on our website or promotional materials are for reference purposes only. The exact appearance of the cake may vary slightly depending on the location and availability of certain decoration materials. While we strive to match the design as closely as possible, minor variations in decoration may occur.
  • DELIVERY TO POST OFFICE BOXES
  • Please note that we are unable to deliver orders to post office (P.O.) boxes. All deliveries require a physical address to ensure proper handling and successful delivery. By placing an order, you agree to provide a valid residential, commercial, or institutional address. In case a P.O. box address is provided, the delivery will not be successful, and a refund cannot be issued.
  • Deliveries on Special Occasions
  • During peak periods such as Valentine’s Day, International Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, and other major holidays, we experience a significantly higher volume of orders. To ensure timely delivery and fulfill all orders as efficiently as possible, we reserve the right to make substitutions in flower colors or, in some cases, the type of flowers, without prior consultation with the customer. Our florists always strive to maintain the overall style and value of the arrangement. Additionally, while we do our best to deliver on the requested date, due to high demand and logistical challenges, deliveries may be completed one or two days later. We always aim to avoid delays and appreciate your understanding during these busy times.
  • FLOWERS / PRODUCTS MIGHT BE SIMILAR
  • The images on our website are system images and for reference only and the delivered flowers may look different. Whilst every effort is made to match as closely as possible, sometimes color shades can be different to the website image. Depending on availability on the day if an exact color is not available, we reserve the right to replace with an alternative color and if a particular flower is not available, a suitable alternative will be made to the same value or greater, to try and match as closely as possible the original request. Certain flower and plant products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life. Packaging, boxes or vases etc. may change depending on availability on the day.

  • EXTRA GIFTS (ADD ONS)
  • If Teddy Bear, Vase or Balloons etc. are also ordered, they will be delivered with the flowers. We reserve the right to supply the item with a change of color/wording from image, depending on availability on the day. This does not apply to wines, which will always be as ordered, red, white, champagne etc. only the brand name may change if necessary. In regard to consumables, an unavailable item will be replaced by a similar alternative. In most cases Extra Gifts/Cakes/Chocolates have to be accompanied by Flowers. A message will advise No Product Selected if this is the case and you will need to add Flowers to your order.

  • DELIVERY
  • If you place an order on internetflorist.biz, the flowers can usually be delivered by the next day. As the delivery depends on the availability of our florist, we cannot guarantee a certain time. For some locations you will have the possibility to choose AM or PM delivery. If there is a local holiday / Sunday at the day of delivery, the florist has the right to vary the day of delivery. Some delivery cut off times may vary without notice during busy periods. In very special dates like Valentin’s day or Mother’s Day some different conditions may apply. In periods with large volume of orders, we cannot guarantee morning or afternoon delivery, even if you we’re able to choose this option when you placed your order. If due to such a special period delivery is not made on the day you have chosen, the florist reserves the right to deliver it at the earliest possible time. This might be even the day after.
  • IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR YOUR DELIVERY
  • Due to current high gift volumes, our couriers may experience delivery delays. With this we are unable to guarantee the exact delivery date during this time and urge you to order your holiday gifts asap to ensure timely delivery. We'll still do our best to ship your gift as soon as we can!

However, a delivery can be only confirmed with a lead time of 2 days, for instance if you order is for the 15th of June, we need to have the corrected address at the 13th of June. Since the customer is responsible for the correctness of his information, Internetflorist will not be liable if the order cannot be delivered. In this case there will be no refund of the order.

  • DELIVERY CHARGES
  • There might a delivery charge will be displayed during the order process. Delivery charges depend on the area and the availability of our florist to deliver there. Some shops might refuse certain areas, in this case the order will be cancelled. In case you require a flower delivery in a remote area, the florist might require an extra cost for this delivery. In this case we will contact you before the delivery.
  • SUBSTITUTION POLICY
  • As product availability may vary, we reserve the right to substitute similar products of equal or greater value. We do our best to ensure your gift is exactly what is shown online but due to circumstances beyond our control sometimes our suppliers may be out of stock of a certain product.
  • RECIPIENT NOT AVAILABLE / NOT AT HOME
  • Our florist always tries to contact the recipient before the delivery by phone. In some cases, they try to make the delivery without speaking to the recipient or if they do not answer the phone. The florist can make the delivery by leaving the flowers by a guardian person or concierge. This is also considered delivered. If the recipient is not available at the address, the flowers may be taken to a designated pick-up point and will need to be collected from there. This is also considered delivered, regardless of whether the recipient picks them up. If the recipient refuses to take the flowers for which ever reason, they can be no refund given as the florist prepared the flowers and tried to deliver.
  • RECIPIENT NOT AVAILABLE / NOT AT HOME
  • The transport company will might try to contact the recipient before the delivery by phone. In some cases, they try to make the delivery without speaking to the recipient or if they do not answer the phone. If the recipient is not at home, a card message from the delivery company will be left that the item can be picked up at the closest station of the shipping company. If the recipient refuses to take the gift for which ever reason, they can be no refund given as the florist prepared the flowers and tried to deliver.
  • CHANGES
  • A change of delivery address and or the person, where the flowers should be delivered can only be guaranteed when it is made 2 days before the delivery date. If a change is sent with short term notice Internetflorist reserves the right to cancel the order. The same applies for changes of card message. If you want to modify the message of your flower order, we need to have it in written 1 day before the order should be delivered. Otherwise we cannot confirm the change of the text message. If you want to send flowers to a hotel, hospital or to a public building, we cannot guarantee the delivery. However, in the most cases of requested the flowers will arrive. For a delivery to such a location the full address and a phone number is even more important. Please provide in these cases all information you have in the delivery comment field (such as room number). Our florist cannot deliver flowers to a post box, you will need to provide an alternative address, or we need to cancel the order. If the recipient does refuse the flowers, you have no right for a refund by internetflorist.

If a change is sent with short term notice Internetflorist reserves the right to cancel the order. The same applies for changes of card message. If you want to send a gift to a hotel, hospital or to a public building, we cannot guarantee the delivery. However, in the most cases of requested the item will arrive. Please provide in these cases all information you have in the delivery comment field (such as room number).
  • SAME DAY DELIVERY
  • If you place an order on our website, normally the flowers can be delivered the next day. Even if some locations do offer the deliver at the same day, we cannot guarantee this.
  • LATE DELIVERIES
  • For any late deliveries, which are out of control from our florist, there might be no refund for the customer. For instance, if the recipient is not at home or currently not available at the address given. However, our florist will always try to contact the recipient before by phone and to arrange a delivery.
  • FORCE MAJEURE
  • Due to any unpredictable events which are out of control from the local florist and Internetflorist.biz, we cannot guarantee the delivery at the requested date. This includes all the current restrictions due to Covid-19. In this case the florist has the right to deliver flowers even a few days later.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY
  • If you need to cancel your flower order, please see that we need to have this request of cancellation of your specific order number in written 48 hours before the delivery date. All cases send to us after this deadline, a cancellation and refund cannot be guaranteed.
  • COMPLAINTS
  • When you are not happy with the service provided and the flowers the recipient received, please send us a complaint in written and a picture of the bouquet. Kindly note that we need to have a picture from above and the side in order to see the full bouquet. We must have the complaint within 48 hours after the delivery date. Otherwise we may not be able to consider your complaint. For undelivered orders, complaints must be submitted within 7 days after the intended delivery date. Complaints received after this time may not be considered.
